摘　　要：结合工程实际,简述了预应力混凝土楼盖开洞改造工程的概念分析、设计计算以及改造施工的整个工艺流程,重点介绍了应用对开特种锚具解决预应力筋临时锚固、截断的施工新技术,对预应力混凝土楼盖开洞改造工程有很好的参考价值。Based on an actual project, this paper introduced the structure analysis, design calculation and technological processes in the whole remodeling construction of opening, mainly discussed the skill on making use of special opposite anchorage, which can solve the temporary anchor and cutting of the prestressing bar. It may be serve as reference for remodeling of opening in other prestressed floors.
