基于生态足迹分析法的秦皇岛市发展可持续性评价

摘　　要：从基本概念,国内外研究成果,前提假设,计算过程等方面对生态足迹分析进行了介绍,针对秦皇岛市2002年各方面对于资源和能源的消费情况,用生态足迹分析法对其进行了可持续性的评价。结果表明,秦皇岛市2002年全社会的发展形势是不可持续的。并针对问题,总结出了兼顾生态足迹分析法和秦皇岛市自身发展的几条建议。The ecological footprint analysis was introduced from the aspects of basic concept, research achievements at home and broad, premise suppose and the calculation process, etc. The sustainable evaluation was made for the consumption of the resources and the energy from all the aspects in Qinhuangdao city in 2002 by ecological footprint analysis. Results showed that the whole social development of Qinhuangdao city was not sustainable in 2002. Some suggestions were paid attention both to the ecological footprint analysis as well as to the development of Qinhuangdao city.
