摘　　要：“城中村”的形成有其制度背景、经济原因和组织根源。它的改造必须在明晰产权的基础上,依据城市规划引入市场机制以及在政府的组织协调下充分发挥“城中村”内外各方面的积极性才能得以实现。The formation of ＂Village inside City＂has system background,ecunomic reason and organization origin. It＇s reforming can be realized if we act on city plan, introduce market mechanism and fully play its overall functions based on the property rights distinction under the government＇ s organization and coordination.
