农民需求导向的农村社会事业发展问题研究

摘　　要：对河北省644个农户的入户调研结果表明,农村社会事业发展滞后,农民满意率普遍较低,农民对农村社会事业需求强烈且需求偏好明显。基于调查分析,提出以农民需求为导向的农村社会事业建设的政策着力点。The research into 644 peasant households in Hebei indicated that social undertakings in rural areas developed slowly,and the satisfaction rote of peasants was low universally. The peasants＇ demand of social undertakings in rural areas was strong and the demand was obvious. Based on the research, some policy proposals about the construction of social undertakings in rural areas according to peasants＇ demand orientation were put forward.
