摘　　要：失能收入损失保险目前在我国保险实务中几乎处于空白状态。因此,有必要以美国保险实务为例,简要分析失能收入损失保险中的“判断被保险人是否罹患残疾”、“是否有义务接受治疗”、“事实上失能与法律上失能的区分”等主要疑难问题,为我国开展此种保险业务提供借鉴。Disability income insurance is almost in blank in China＇ s insurance practice. This paper is intended to take practical example of the United States insurance, and briefly introduced such major problems in disability insurance as ＂to judge whether the disability insurance＂ ,＂obliged to receive treatment＂ and＂in fact lose the distinction can be lost with the law＂ ,and so on. And our country can draw on experience from it, then, to conduct our insurance.
