摘 要:目的:探讨长管状骨骨干单侧圆形皮质全层缺损对其生物力学的影响。方法:取70根三黄鸡胫骨,随机分7组,于骨干纵轴背侧造成直径1.5毫米、2.0毫米、2.5毫米、3.0毫米、3.5毫米、4.5毫米全层皮质缺损,进行三点弯曲单一实验,观察结构破坏时的最大载荷与正常对照组的差异。结果:缺损直径为1.5毫米、2.0毫米组鸡胫骨达到结构破坏时的最大载荷与完整皮质对照组无显著差异。缺损直径2.5毫米、3.0毫米、3.5毫米、4.5毫米组的最大载荷与对照组有极显著差异。结论:长管状骨单侧圆形皮质全层缺损达2/7以上,强度明显降低。Objective: To investigate the effect of unilateral circular defect of cortical bone in long tubular bone on biomechanic. Methods: Seventy pieces of Sanhuang cock tibia were randomly divided into 7 groups. The unilateral diaphysis cortexes of cock tibia were drilled holes of different diameter(1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.5mm), and were performed three-pints bend single experiment The intact cortical bone was control group. Results: When bone destruction was happen, there was no difference of the maximum load on statistics between 1.5mm group, 2.0mm group and control group; but there was significant difference between 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.5mm groups and control group.Conclusion: There was more than 2/7 of unilateral circular defect of cortical bone in long tubular, which strength was decreased obviously.
