经尿道等离子双极气化电切术治疗腺性膀胱炎(附36例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用经尿道等离子双极气化电切术治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床价值。方法:对36例腺性膀胱炎患者施行经尿道等离子双极气化电切术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:对本组36例术后进行随访,31例术后症状完全消失,B超检查膀胱壁光滑,膀胱镜检查膀胱粘膜正常,活检无阳性发现。3例于术后3个月、6个月、14个月复发。结论:经尿道等离子双极气化电切术治疗腺性膀胱炎创伤小,恢复快,手术安全,可达到良好的治疗效果,尤其对于病变局限者。Objective： To explore the clinical value of transurethral plasmakinetic electrovaporization or electroresection in the treatment of cystitis glandularis. Methods： The clinical data of thirty-six patients of cystitis glandularis with transurethral plasmakinetic electrovaporization or electroresection was analysed. Results：All 36 patients were followed up after operation.symptom of 31 patients were fully eliminated Wall of urinary bladder was smooth with B-type ultrasonography and bladder mucosa was normal with cystoscopy and without positive finding by biopsy. 3 patients were recurred at 3 months, 6 months and 24 months respectively. Conclusion： Transurethral plasmakinetic electrovaporization or electroresection is a safe, little wound, fast recovery and good therapeutic effect method in in the treatment of cystitis glandularis, especially to the localized type.
