摘　　要：随着有组织犯罪、毒品犯罪、腐败犯罪等新型犯罪日益猖獗,秘密侦查措施得以在侦查实践中广泛运用,但现行法律对此没有明确规定,运用并借鉴国外有关立法的经验,对构建我国秘密侦查措施的框架进行研究。As the new kinds of crimes, such as organized crime, drug crime, and corruption are become more and more rampant, the measures of privacy investigation are being used widely in the practice of investigation. But the present law lack clear regulations in this field. The author uses the experience in legislation of other countries for reference, and has discussed on building the frame of the measures of privacy investigation in our country.
