摘 要:利用缺陷模的有关参量得到了非对称约束的光子晶体缺陷的透射特性。理论分析发现,在时间耦合模理论的框架内,非对称约束可以看做是两种不同程度的对称约束的简单组合。因而由对称约束的光子晶体缺陷模的衰减率,能够方便地得到非对称约束的光子晶体缺陷的透射特性。所有理论分析与基于时域有限差分法的模拟计算完全符合。The transmission characteristics of the symmetrically confined photonic crystal (PC) defects had been detailedly investigated. By using the parameters of their defect modes, we can readily get the transmission characteristics of the asymmetrically confined photonic crystal defects. It shows that in the framework of coupledmode theory, an asymmetrically confined photonic crystal defect can be considered as the combination of two different symmetrically confined photonic crystal defects, and its transmission characteristics are decided by the decay-rates of the two involved symmetrically confined defects. All the analyses are in a good agreement with the simulation based on the finite-difference time-domain technique.
