摘　　要：本文分析了采用新型功率器件ＩＧＢＴ－绝缘栅双极晶体管设计的弧焊逆变器的主要电路、控制电路、驱动电路、保护电路的构成及工作原理，并介绍了抗干扰措施，对阻性负载进行了测试，得出了相关数据。The article gives a description of the features of IBGT----a new kind of power semiconductor, and the operation principle of IGBT wilding inverter and the structures of its main and control circuits, and the designing of the drive circuit, control circuit and protective circuit of system. This article involves some methods of barrage power jamming.
