摘　　要：在制度环境变化和全球化背景下，利用制度理论和全球价值链理论研究中国汽车工业国有汽车企业的发展路径。研究结果表明，制度因素和全球化因素成为国有汽车企业发展的驱动力．在每个阶段．国有汽车企业的组织行为出现趋同现象。而驱动力变化使得国有汽车企业的组织行为发生了转变．其发展经历了一个从合资模式的选择到利用与跨国汽车公司合作的机会发展自主创新模式的路径演化过程．Based on the institutional environment transformation and globalization, this paper makes use of institutional theory and global value chain theory, exploring the evolvement of development path of state-owned automobile enterprises in China＇s automotive industry. The conclusion shows that the factors of institution and globalization have become the driven-power of the development of state-owned automobile enterprises. At each stage, the organization behavior of state-owned automobile enterprises appears the similar tendency. However, the change of drivenpower led to the transformation of the organization behavior of state-owned automobile enterprises, which experienced a process of path evolvement from the choice of the joint venture model to the development of independent innovation model using the opportunities of cooperation with the multinational motor companies.
