摘　　要：提出适用于中国内地工程项目的伙伴关系应用评估模型,指出影响伙伴关系实施成功与否与项目、组织和管理机制密切相关.通过对80份来自承包商企业和36份来自咨询工程师企业的调查问卷分析发现,承包商与咨询工程师对大部分影响伙伴关系的重要因素意见一致,这些因素有助于构成中国内地土建项目伙伴关系应用的评估模型.This paper provides a model for evaluating the project partnering in China. Based on literature review, the factors influencing partnering use were classified as management mechanism, organizations involved and project dimensions. Through a questionnaire survey, the factors under organization and project dimensions were validated by data obtained from 80 contractors and 36 consultants. The research indicates that there is a significant amount of agreement among the respondents on critical factors of partnering, and these factors have thus formulated the model for evaluating the partnering use of the projects in China.
