摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定丁公藤注射液含量的方法。方法：采用Sunfire柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇-乙腈-冰醋酸（320：680：1、6）；流量为1．0ml·min^-1。检测波长为298nm。结果：进样量在20～60μg·mL^-1浓度时与峰面积呈良好线性关系，r=0．9983（n=5），平均回收率96．8％，RSD为0．94％。结论：该法简便、准确、结果可靠。Objective：To develop a method for the determination of scopoletin in Dinggongteng injection by HPLC. Methods： The Sunfire column （4. 6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm） was used with methanol-acetonitrile-acetic acid （320： 680：1.6 ） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1, the detection wavelength was 298nm. Results： A good linearity was obtained when the injected quantity was in the range of 20 -60μg （r = 0. 9983, n = 5）. The recovery was 96. 8% , and RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion ： This method is convenient, accurate and reliable for the determination of this injection.
