摘　　要：宋以前，今越南北方作为中国的郡县处于中国历代封建王朝的直接管属之下。到公元10世纪中叶，北宋建立的时候，越南开始成为独立的国家。从这个时候起，中越之间才开始有了正式的国与国之间的交往，真正意义上的中越贸易开始产生。Trade between China and Vietnam is a noticeable subject now, in fact, the trade between China and Vietnam has been existed one thousand years. In the Song Dynasty, the economic intercourse between China and Vietnam was so frequently and flourishing .The trade in that time can be divided into two different kinds, one called official trade and the other was folk trade .Two kinds of trades developed very fast, the time and goods which deled between two countries has reached an unprecedently grand occasion.
