摘 要:目的探讨应用临床路径对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者实施健康教育的效果。方法将我科自2005年2月-2006年8月135例经后路行腰椎间盘髓核摘除术患者随机分成2组,实验组(75例)应用临床路径(Clinical Pathway,CP)对患者实施健康教育,对照组(60例)采用传统方法进行健康教育。结果实验组在疾病知识掌握率、疾病治疗信心、护理质量满意度均明显高于对照组,住院大数及住院费用明显低于对照组。结论应用CP实施健康教育可以增加患者对手术治疗的信心,减少并发症发生,有效地提高手术成功率。Objective To explore the effect of healthy education for the patients of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion (LIDP) by explaining the applied clinical pathway(CP). Methods From Feb 2005 to Aug 2006, 135 cases of LIDP treated with posterior approaching lumbar discectomy. The patients were randomly divided into experilmental group (n = 75) and control group(n = 60). The patients from the experimental group adopt healthy education by explaining the applied CP; meanwhile, the control patients received the healthy education through traditional methods. Results The patients knowledge about LIDP, confidence, satisfaction to nursing quality in the experimental group were statistically better than that in control group, with shorter hospitalization period and lower cost. Conclusions The healthy education for the LIDP pati.ents by explaining the applied CP could increase the patients' confidence, decrease complications, and efficiently elevate the operative achievement ratio.
