摘　　要：随着油田勘探开发程度的不断提高,产生并积累了大量的数据资料,为了有效地管理和应用这些资料,提高勘探开发生产的工作效率,进行了开发静态数据库系统建设。对勘探开发业务流程和数据流程进行分析,论述了数据模型的设计与实现。介绍了数据管理系统和浏览查询系统的软件层次结构与具体实现的技术框架,以及整个应用系统的体系架构。最后详细阐述了在开发静态数据库系统建设过程中所采用的几项关键技术和系统安全策略。As the improving of oilfield exploration and development, there have generated and accumulated a large amount of data. In order to effectively manage and apply these data, static development database system has been constructed. This paper addresses the work flow and data flow of exploration and development, the design and realization of data model, the hierarchical structure of software and technical frame of data management system and browsing inquiry system, the structure of the whole application system, and finally expatiates several key techniques and system safety strategy used during the process of static development database system construction.
