摘  要:在固定床反应器中,研究了氢气预处理对兖州煤和大同煤加氢热解脱硫的影响。煤样首先在200~400℃,2MPa,氢气体积流量1L/min下预处理30min,再在650℃,2MPa,氢气体积流量1L/min下进行加氢热解20min。研究结果表明:同直接加氢热解相比,氢气预处理会降低半焦和水的收率,同时会使焦油收率和脱硫率增加。在直接加氢热解中,大同煤和兖州煤半焦中硫的质量分数分别是2.07%和1.07%;而经适宜的氢气预处理后,其硫的质量分数分别降至1.93%和0.55%,对兖州煤和大同煤而言,其适宜的预处理温度分别为250℃和350℃。Effect of hydrogen pretreatment (H2P) of two Chinese coals, Datong (DT) and Yanzhou (YZ) coal, on desulfurization of coal during hydropyrolysis was studied in a fixed-bed reactor. The pretreatment was carried out at temperature ranging from 200 to 400 ℃ under 2 MPa and residence time of 30 min with hydrogen flow rate of 1 l/min and the succedent hydropyrolysis (HyPy) was run at 650 ℃ for 20 min at same pressure and hydrogen flow rate as those of pretreatment. It was found that hydrogen pretreatment of coal decreases char yield and water yield, while increases tar yield and promotes he desulfurization of coal as compared with that of direct HyPy. In direct HyPy, the sulfur content in char is 2.07 and 1.07wt% for YZ and DT coal, respectively, while under optimum H2P at temperature of 250 ℃ for YZ and 350 ℃ forDT coal, the sulfur content in the succedent HyPy char is 1.93 and 0.55wt%, respectively.
