摘　　要：介绍了副产盐酸解吸制取氯化氢技术的应用背景及意义;叙述了盐酸常规解析、变压精馏和萃取精馏制取气态氯化氢的基本原理和工艺流程;对各种方法作了比较并说明了适用条件,对生产工艺、设备及材料的选择提出了建议;提出了副产盐酸解吸制取氯化氢应用的注意事项及改进建议。Application background and significance of hydrogen chloride preparation from byproduct hydrochloric acid desorption are intruduced; basic rationale and technology process for preparation of gas hydrogen chloride by conventional resolution, variable pressure rectification and extraction rectification from hydrochloric acid are reviewed; various methods are compared, explaining the suitable conditions, suggestions are made on the production process, equipments and materials; improvement suggestions are put forward on hydrogen chloride preparation by byproduct hydrochloric acid desorption.
