摘　　要：目的总结耻骨径路带蒂阴囊中隔皮瓣尿道成形术治疗复杂性后尿道狭窄的经验。方法回顾性分析9例复杂性后尿道狭窄采用耻骨径路带蒂阴囊中隔治疗的临床资料。结果术野清晰,瘢痕切除完全,1例近端吻合口狭窄,1例有毛石形成,余均排尿通畅。结论耻骨径路带蒂阴囊中隔皮瓣尿道成形术是治疗复杂性后尿道狭窄较理想的方法。Objective To summarize the experiences of complex urethral strictures treated with the pedicled scrotal spetum flap. Methods To analyze clinical data of 9 cases of complex posterior urethral stricture treated with the pedicied scrotal spetum flap retrospectively. Results Good operative view,totally removal of the scar, 1 case with proximal anastomotic stricture, 1 case with stone,the others resumed normal mictrition. Conclusions The urethroplasty transpubic approach using the pedicled scrotal spetum flap is a good method for theatment of.complex posterior urthral stricture.
