淋巴结核淋巴穿刺液中结核菌L型的状况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴结结核淋巴穿刺液中,结核菌L型的存在状况。方法标本采自我院56例结核内科住院的淋巴结结核患者的淋巴结脓液,经2%NaOH处理后,分别接种在罗氏培养基ESPMyCO培养液及结核菌L型培养液中,以查找结核菌和L型结核菌。结果在56例中,查到结核菌L型10(17.9%)例,涂片阳性10(17.9%)例,罗氏培养3(5.3%)例,ESPMyCO快速培养11(19.6%)例。结论对淋巴结结核穿刺液培养时,应同步做结核菌L型的培养。Objective To explore the exist of L - form mycobacterium bacilli in the lymphoid knot stabbing liquid of the lymphoid tuberculosis. Methods After 2% NaOH handles, the specimens collected form the lesions of the lymph tuberculosis patient in the tubercle medical department were inoculated in L -J culture media,ESP MyCO culture liquid and L - form broth media for detecting the tubercle mycobacterium bacilli and L - form of tubercle mycobacterium bacilli. Results The L - form of mycobacterium bacilli were found in the lesions of 10 cases （ 17.9% ）. L - J culture positive were 3 cases （5.3%） . The positive rate of ESP MyCO was 11 cases （ 19.6% ）. Conclusions When make culture for the lymphoid knot stabbing liquid of lymphoid tuberculosis, should make L - form of tubercle mycobacterium culture.
