庄稼保护剂的急性毒性与致敏试验

摘　　要：目的了解生物农药庄稼保护剂的毒性和安全性。方法按照《农药登记毒理学试验方法》(GB 15670-1995)进行毒性试验和安全性评价。结果该受试物对雌、雄大鼠急性经口LD50>5000 mg/kg,对雌、雄大鼠急性经皮LD50(4 h)>5000 mg/kg,对家兔急性皮肤刺激反应均值积分为0,对家兔眼平均刺激指数为0;对豚鼠致敏试验,致敏率为0%。结论庄稼保护剂急性经口、经皮均属微毒性,对家兔急性皮肤刺激和眼刺激试验均为无刺激性;致敏试验,该受试物属Ⅰ级弱致敏物。[ Objective ] To learn the toxicity and safety of the biological crop protective agent. [ Methods ] Toxicity test and safety evaluation were carried out according to the Toxicological Testing Method for Pesticides （GB 15670 - 1995）. [ Results] Both the acute oral toxicity LD50 and the acute dermal toxicity LD50（14h） were more than 5000 mg/kg in rats; there was no irritation to the skin and eye of the rabbits; the dermal hypersusceptibility rate was zero in the guinea pigs. [Conclusion]The crop protective agent be- longs to slight acute oral and dermal toxicity and slight grade I sensitizer; it has no acute irritation on the skin and eye of the rabbits.
