藻酸钙伤口敷料加生肌散对肛瘘术后创面愈合作用

摘　　要：目的观察藻酸钙伤口敷料加生肌散对促进肛瘘术后创面的愈合作用。方法将100例肛瘘术后患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(40例),早期分别给予藻酸钙伤口敷料加生肌散和传统中药于肛瘘术后创面换药,后期常规换药至痊愈。观察两组创面愈合天数、创面渗液等疗效。结果治疗组在减少创面渗液﹑渗血﹑祛腐生新﹑减少疼痛及缩短愈合天数等方面的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论藻酸钙伤口敷料加生肌散对肛瘘术后创面的修复具有促进作用。To observe the healing effects of Calcium Alglnate Dressing plus ＂Muscle-Generating Powder＂ in the treatment of wounds following anal fistula operation, 100 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with Calcium Alginate Dressing plus ＂Muscle-Generating Powder＂ for the former 7 days and control group in which 40 cases were treated by conventional drugs for the former 7 days; in the latter days, two groups were treated in same way. The wounds healing and oozing times were observed, Results： Treatment group had better effects than control group in reducing wounds oozing, bleeding and pain, and in reducing pain and healing wounds（P〈0101）. It is revealed that this therapy is quite effective for wounds healing.
