摘  要:目的探讨熟地黄的益智作用及其机理。方法对AlCl3拟痴呆模型小鼠进行学习记忆行为实验并检测相关指标,实验动物随机分为5组,分别为正常对照组、模型组、脑复康组(500mg/kg)、熟地高剂量组(9g/kg)、熟地低剂量组(4.5g/kg)。结果熟地黄能够减少模型动物跳台训练期、测验期错误反应次数并延长测验期触电潜伏期;降低模型小鼠脑内胆碱酯酶活性、Al3+含量,保护脑组织;并能使脑内Glu/GABA维持在正常水平。结论熟地黄对于AlCl3拟痴呆模型小鼠具有增强其学习记忆能力的作用,其作用机制可能与改善中枢胆碱能神经系统功能,降低脑内Al3+含量,保护脑组织及维持脑内Glu/GABA的正常水平有关。Objective To study the nootropic effect of prepared Radix Rehmanniae and its related mechanism. Methods Learning and memorizing behaviors were observed in mice of dementia; related indexes were detected as well. Mice were divided into five groups randomly: normal group, control group,piracetam group, PRR (prepared Radix Rehmanniae) high-dose group,PRR low-dose group. Results PRR could decrease the rate of mistake during training and test period, prolong the latent phase, reduce cholinesterase activity in mice's brain and the content of Al^3+ to protect the brain,maintain the normal concentration of Glu/GABA in the brain. Conclusion Prepared Radix Rehmanniae can improve the learning and memorizing ability of mice of dementia, possibly by reducing brain cholinesterase activity, inhibiting the accumulation of aluminium ions in brain, maintaining the normal level of Glu/GABA and protecting the function of brain.
