摘　　要：通过查阅30多年来有关白鹤灵芝研究的文献资料,总结了白鹤灵芝在本草考证、生药鉴别、化学成分、药理作用及临床应用的研究现状。目前对白鹤灵芝的研究主要集中在规范化种植(GAP)与质量控制技术方面,但对白鹤灵芝的有效成分和指标性成分方面的研究比较欠缺。对白鹤灵芝尚需进行深入研究。This paper collects and reviews the documents related to Rhinacanthus nasutus in recent thirty years and more from the perspectives of Rhiuacanthus nasutus on herbalogical study, diagnosis in crude drug, chemical constituents, pharmacological activities and clinical application. Presently, the studies on Rhinacanthus nasutus mainly focus on Good Agricultural Practice （GAP） and control technology of quality. On the contrary, its studies on effective materials and index components are relatively deficient. So, it is necessary to advance the corresponding study on Rhiuacanthus nasutus.
