摘　　要：矿产资源开发利用产生的环境问题作为矿产资源产业发展中的负产品,已成为矿产资源产业能否可持续发展的关键。运用经济学理论,通过对矿产资源开发利用经济行为的分析,指出矿产资源开发利用环境问题的实质是外部不经济性。为了实现在生态环境不被破坏的前提下矿产资源开发利用经济效益最大化,需主动进行环境治理并采取适当的经济手段,实施可持续发展。As a negative product in exploitation of mineral rosources, the environmental problems become the key factor related to the sustainable development in mining industry. Based on the economic theory, the authors pointed out that the essential of environmental problems of mineral exploitation is external diseconomy. In order to obtain the maximum benefit without destroying the environment, we should carry out environmental rehabilitation positively through appropriate economic methods and achieve a sustainable development in the mining industry.
