摘  要:目的了解我院非发酵菌感染的菌群分布及药敏情况,为临床提供诊断和治疗的依据。方法对本院2004年7月~2005年7月送检的241株非发酵菌,采用VITEK-Ⅱ全自动细菌鉴定仪进行细菌鉴定及药敏分析。结果脑外科、呼吸科、骨科分离率最高,为24.9%、23.2%及10.8%。标本检出率较高的为痰液、分泌物、尿液。药敏结果显示:241株非发酵菌对13种抗生素耐药率较低的为泰能(17.8%)、阿米卡星(27.0%)、哌拉西林(33.2%)、头孢吡肟(30.7%)、头孢他定(37.6%)等。结论院内非发酵菌感染日趋严重,且呈现多剂耐药。临床应依据药敏结果优化选择抗生素,提高感染治愈率。Objective To investigate the distribution of nonferments bacteria and the results of their antibiotic sensitivity tests in Xinqiao Hospital for offering the evidence of the diagnosis and the treatment in clinic. Methods A total of 241 strains of nonferments bacteria isolated from clinic were identified and performed the antibiotic sensivitity tests by the VITEK 2 from July 2004 to July 2005. Results The positive rates of nonferments bacteria were 24. 9 %, 23. 2 % and 10. 8% in the department of neurosuergery,the department of aspiratoray medicine and department of orthopaedics respectively. And the positive rates of nonferments bacteria isolated from spits, secretions and urines were more higher. The investigation indicated that the drug resistance rates in 241 strains of nonferments bacteria were lower to the following antibiotics, such as imipenem( 17.8 % ), amikacin ( 27.0 % ), piperacillin (33.2%) ,cefepime(37.6%). Conclusion More and more infection cases by nonferments bacteria were discovered, furthermore, these bacteria presented muti-drug resistances. The proper antibiotics should be selected according to the results of antibiotic sensitivity tests in clinic for improving the curing rates of infection.
