摘  要:针对柱面气膜密封中的人字形螺旋槽结构,采用了几何结构适应性强的有限元法对密封气膜的压力场进行数值计算;定量地计算分析了螺旋槽结构参数对密封特性的影响,建立了螺旋槽几何结构参数变化对承载力、摩擦转矩、泄漏量等影响的规律曲线。计算结果表明:螺旋槽的存在对动压气体润滑压场分布产生较大的影响,压场呈现锯齿状分布;槽的各参数对密封稳态特性有直接的影响,从密封设计角度考虑,槽数取值在14~24之间,螺旋角在60°左右,槽宽比的选择在0.5左右为佳;槽深比、槽长比对泄漏和摩擦力矩影响互相制约,应用中需要考虑其对动态特性的影响。设计中还需结合具体的工况场合,分析比较后确定各参数。Aimed at the herringbone spiral grooved structure in the cylindrical gas seal, the analysis and calculation were carried out with the change of different spiral grooved parameters and the stability performance of the seal. The hydrodynamic gas pressure distribution was obtained using the finite element method that has a good adaptation to the complex geometrical structure, and the related regular curve including load, frictional torque and leakage were obtained with the change of spiral structure. The calculated results indicate that the gas pressure can be affected by spiral groove, it shows as indention distributing. The stability performance of the film is straightly affected by spiral grooved parameters. To seal design, it will be better that the groove numbers should be 14 - 24, spiral angle should be 60° and the groove width rate should be 0. 5. Groove depth rate and groove length rate make different affection to leakage and frictional torque. Reasonable choice of spiral parameter is most important to get a better seal performance, and the quantitative curves are helpful to the choice and design for the spiral gas seal.
