摘  要:从聚合物基复合材料在不同无润滑工况下的设计角度,讨论了高温、高压、高速、对偶、气体介质等外部因素对不同材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,分析了摩擦磨损机制,分析得出:由于填料、聚合物基体、对偶、工作介质之间存在着复杂的非线性相互作用,摩擦化学反应的程度与类型不同,不同填料填充聚合物基复合材料都有各自适用的摩擦系统,没有任何一种材料能适用于所有摩擦系统;指出目前摩擦学理论多建立在常温低压低速体系下,这与工程应用实际相脱节,对于复合材料在极端工况下的摩擦学机制、内外因素相互作用的研究,还有待进一步深入展开。From the point of view of polymer composites design under the specified oil-free lubrication condition, the effect of some harsh external factors on transfer and wear of polymer composites, such as high temperature, high load, high sliding speed and gas medium, was discussed. The analysis results show that the tribochemical reaction type and degree is different, for the intricate and non-linear interaction between the internal and external factors in the self-lubricating system of polymer composites. Different fillers reinforced polymer composites have their applicable systems and there is no single material which is suitable for all applications. It is pointed out that the current tribological investigation is just based on the test condition of room temperature ,low load and low sliding speed, which is divorced from practice. Therefore, it is imperative to investigate the tribological mechanism and interaction between the internal and external factors under the extreme conditions.
