摘　　要：文章主要针对王如渊博士等《对我国失地农民“留地安置”模式几个问题的思考》一文中“留地产权应由集体所有转为国有”的观点和立论依据进行商榷,并提出安置留地应保留集体所有。Through a discussion with doctor Wang Ru-yuan etc. about ＂the land ownership should be translated from collectivity-owned to state-owned＂ put forward in their ＂Thinking on the compensation pattern of returning land usufruct to the land-lost peasants-case of Shenzhen Special District＂, the author points out that the ownership of returning land usufruct should be kept collectivity-owned.
