泰山接骨膏治疗骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：为观察泰山接骨膏治疗骨折的疗效,将收治的156例骨折手术治疗及非手术治疗后的病人,在求得知情同意后,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用院内制剂泰山接骨膏外敷,对照组不用药,观察两组局部疼痛、压痛、肿胀及关节活动的改善情况,并对疗效进行比较分析。结果治疗组总有效率为97.44%,对照组为91.03%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组,表明泰山接骨膏有明显的促进骨折愈合的作用。In order to study the therapeutic effect of 'TAI SHAN JIEGUGAO'(TSJ,a TCD ointment for treating fracture) on the healing of fracture,156 cases of fracture including operation and non-operation were randomly divided into the treated group(treated by TSJ)and control groups(treated nothing);The local pain,tenderness,tumidness and joint movement of the two groups was observed and compared.Through the statistical treatment,the results showed that the effective rate of the two groups was 97.44% and 91.03%,respectively,and the treated group had an advantage over the control in fracture healing(P<0.01),suggesting that TSJ has a significant function to promote the fracture healing.
