摘　　要：现代奥运会的发展本身就是一段社会发展、进步的历史。在百年的奥运长河中,无不时刻体现了奥运体育文化和教育。奥运文化的本质是人本文化。奥运体育文化即人的文化,无人则止。体育文化是把文化融入活动中,坚持以人为本,推崇人性化管理,实现体育文化和运动员同生共存,共同发展;奥运体育教育提倡人的和谐发展,也就是人的全面发展,体质、精神、品德协调发展。The development of the modem Olympic game is a history of social development and progress. In long river of the Olympics of a hundred years, the Olympic game incarnates its culture and education in all every moment. The essence of the Olympic culture is a human originally culture. Olympic culture is the human culture. It does not exist without man. The sport culture melt the culture into activities, insisting to make people the center, worshipping the humanized management, carrying out the sport culture and athletes to living together coexistence, common development; The Olympic education promotes the person＇s harmonious development, a person overall development as well, the constitution, spirit, moral qualities develop harmoniously.
