海外建筑师在上海“一城九镇”的实践——以“浦江新镇”的规划及建筑设计为例

摘　　要：“一城九镇”计划是市政府为有序推进城镇发展,努力构筑特大型国际经济中心城市城镇体系的试点项目。“一城九镇”大部分引进海外建筑规划师的设计,创造不同城镇的风貌和“异国风情”,引起业界和市民关于模仿和创造的争议。本文以“浦江新城”为例,讨论海外建筑师在中国实践中的现状情况、解决当代中国问题、创造新规划和建筑模式的意义。While orderly carrying forward urban development, ＂One City with Nine towns＂ as an extra largescale international economy center of urban system and an experimental project of municipal government appears in Shanghai. Project designs, mostly coming from overseas architectural planner and displaying different urban appearance with exotic flavor, aroused argument on topic of＂imitation or creation＂ in towns people and construction circles. Taking ＂Pujiang new town＂ as an example, this paper discusses the current situation of overseas architects＇ practice in China.
