摘 要:为改善铝电解惰性阳极用NiFe2O4尖晶石材料存在的不足,制备了不同金属Ag含量的Ag-NiFe2O4金属陶瓷,利用扫描电子显微镜观察显微组织,由X射线衍射分析化学成分,研究了Ag-NiFe2O4试样的体积密度、热震性、导电率以及腐蚀速率,并与纯NiFe2O4尖晶石对比,分析了其性能差异的原因.试验结果表明,金属的Ag加入显著改善了抗热震性,含10%Ag试样的导电能力比纯NiFe2O4尖晶石提高了30%,综合考虑Ag含量为15%试样性能最好.In order to improve deficiencies of NiFe2O4 spinel used as matrix of inert anode in aluminium electrolysis. Several kinds of Ag - NiFe2O4 cermets with different mass percent of Ag were prepared. Microstructural changes were observed by scanning electronic microscope and composition was determined with x -ray detector. The density, property of thermal shock, conductivity and corrosion rate were tested, and the reasons that caused the difference of properties of samples were discussed deeply. The results showed that the thermal shock performance was improved considerably in comparison with the NiFe2O4 spinel, and conductivity of specimen with 10wt% Ag increased about 30%. The properties of specimen with 15wt% Ag were best by comprehensive consideration.
