腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张92例分析

摘　　要：目的 评价腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效.方法 92例下肢静脉曲张患者（104侧）,行腔内激光治疗66例（72侧）、激光联合大隐静脉高位结扎术15例（17侧）、激光联合点式切口剥脱严重曲张浅静脉11例（15侧）;术后观察下肢疼痛、皮下血肿等并发症,住院时间及近期疗效情况.结果 术后无严重并发症发生.74例术后随访3～12个月,近期疗效满意.1例术后2个月复发,1例隐神经损伤残留内踝区麻木.结论 静脉腔内激光治疗是一种穿刺代替切口、简化操作、恢复快、腿部不留瘢痕、疗效可靠的方法.Objective To evaluate the clinical result of endovenous laser treatment of superficial varicosities of the lower extremities. Methods 104 limbs in 92 cases enrolled, 72 limbs in 66 cases with endovenous laser treatment alone; 17 limbs in 15 cases with endovenous laser treatment combined ligation of saphenous veita in high position; 15 limbs in 11 severe cases with endovenous laser treatment combined local stripping incision. Post operation complicants sush as limbache and ecchymoma were ebserved. And the time in hospital and recent clinical results were also cared. Results Clinical results were good at hospital time and 3-12 months followed up in all cases. 7 cases had complicated with local vasculitis, but all recovered at 2-3 weeks. Only one case relapsed after 2 months, and the sensation of another case changed in the ankle skim.. Conclusion To be compared with traditional operation, endovenous laser treatment is a new microincision therapy with some advantages sush as puncture replace incision, simple operation, rapid recovery, no scar and reliable clinical results.
