摘  要:目的:探讨《中国人手腕骨发育标准-中华05》RUS—CHN法在当代少年运动员中的应用效果。方法:分别采用RUS—CHN法和原骨龄标准CHN法,评价245名8~18岁不同项目少年运动员的左手腕骨骨龄。结果:不同运动项目的少年运动员,RUS—CHN骨龄与生活年龄间的差异无显著性,但原标准CHN法骨龄与生活年龄之间的差值为正数(0.71~0.91岁),且差异显著(P〈0.01)。与原标准CHN方法相比,新标准RUS—CHN法骨龄读数组距更细,频数分布更均匀,并减少了骨龄与生活年龄差值等于或大于2岁的少年运动员的例数。结论:当代少年运动员表现出了生长发育加速的长期趋势,《中国人手腕骨发育标准-中华05》RUS—CHN法更适用于当代少年运动员。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of 〈The Standards of Skeletal Maturity of Hand and Wrist for Chinese- China 05〉 by RUS- CHN method in estimation of skeletal maturity of Chinese young athletes. Methods Two hundred and forty five young athletes, aged 8 - 18 years, were the subjects in this study and their radiographs were respectively estimated by China - 05 RUS - CHN and CHN methods. Results In athletes involved in different sports events, the differences between skeletal ages estimated with RUS - CHN and chronological ages were not significant. However, the differences between skeletal age estimated with previous CHN and chronological ages were significant ( + 0.71 - + 0.91 years, P 〈 0.01 ). As compared with the previous CHN, the RUS - CHN new standards produced lesser number of young athletes whose differences between skeletal age and chronological age were equal to or more than 2 years. Conclusions Due to the secular trend of accelerated growth and development in young athletes, the RUS - CHN method of 〈 The Standards of Skeletal Maturity of Hand and Wrist for Chinese - China 05〉 are more suitable for them.
