摘 要:用金相显微镜、透射电镜和电子拉伸机研究了固溶时效处理对Ti—15—3合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Ti-15-3合金经固溶与时效处理后,析出的针状α相随原始β相晶粒尺寸的增大而变得细小、均匀,合金的强度增大,塑性降低;在仅相析出形式一致的前提下,强度的高低取决于α相的尺寸和α相所占体积分数;在650~710℃高温时效状态下,温度越高析出的α相越少且尺寸细小。因此,合金的强度和塑性受α相的数量、大小、均匀性等综合因素的影响。Effects of solution and ageing treatments on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-15-3 alloy were studied by metalloscope,TEM and electron tensile testing machine. The results show that along with β phase grain size increasing the acicular α phase precipitated becomes fine and even, the strength of the alloy increases and the plasticity decreases after the solution and ageing treatments. Under the prerequisite for identical forms of α precipitation, the strength of the alloy depends on α phase size and α phase proportion in volume. In the condition of ageing with high temperature from 650℃ to 710℃ ,the α phase precipitated becomes less in volume and fine in size with the temperature rising. Therefore, the strength Kev words,Ti-15-3 titani and plasticity are influenced by synthetical factors of α phase's quantity,size and homogeneity.
