摘  要:采用新研制的螺旋压缩弹簧应力松弛测试装置,实现了弹簧应力松弛的连续、带温测量及自动记录数据与显示松弛曲线,得到了60Si2Mn钢螺旋压缩弹簧在80~200℃内的松弛动力学方程,并由此推算出某一温度和时间条件下的应力松弛指标,为螺旋压缩弹簧的寿命评判提供了可靠的试验依据。Continuous measurements of spring stress relaxation with temperature as well as automatic data recording and relaxation curve displaying were realized on a newly developed test device for the stress relaxation of helical compress spring. The dynamical equation of stress relaxation under the temperature of 80 ~ 200 ℃ for helical compress spring made of 60Si2Mn steel wire was also obtained. According to the equation, the index of stress relaxation under a certain temperature during a certain period can be calculated, which has provided reliable experiment basis for evaluating the service life of the helical compress spring.
