摘　　要：目的:证实十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)抗HSV-2的效应,初步确定其有效浓度与安全性。方法:用体外细胞培养法观察不同浓度SDS对HSV-2的抑制作用,同步进行阿昔洛韦(ACV)对照观察。结果:SDS对HSV-2的最低有效抑制浓度为0.015625mg/mL,抑制作用与0.1mg/mL阿昔洛韦组无明显差异(P>0.05);且最低有效抑制浓度的SDS对培养细胞的影响甚微,较此高8倍浓度的SDS仍然安全。结论:SDS在体外对HSV-2有明显抑制作用,对培养细胞的安全性好。Objective： To confirm the suppressing effect of sodium dodecyl sulfate （SDS） on HSV - 2 including effective concentration and safety. Methods： Cell culture was used to observe the suppressing effect of SDS on HSV - 2 in different concentration. Results： The MIC of SDS for suppressing HSV - 2 by was 0.015625 mg/mL, which was similar to ACV group （ P 〉 0.05）. At this concentration, SDS had only tiny influence on cell culture system and when the SDS concentration increased 8 times it was still safe. Conclusion： Sodium dodecyl sulfate inhibits HSV - 2 and is highly safe to the culture cells.
