摘　　要：目的观察血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）对移植脂肪质量保持率的影响。方法收取兔腹股沟脂肪并剪成颗粒状，在动物背部中线两侧各做一腔隙，将VEGF随机注射入一侧腔隙深筋膜下_，再注入脂肪颗粒至腔隙，对侧仅注入脂肪颗粒作为对照，在术后40d、3个月和6个月，分别收集移植组织，进行肉眼大体观察、测重和组织学观察。结果在术后40d与对照组比较，VEGF组移植脂肪局部的血管增生较明显（P〈O．05），脂肪质量保持率增高（P〈O．05），在术后3个月，实验组与对照组之间血管数及移植物大小未见明显差异（P〉O．05），6个月后两组移植物几乎全被吸收。结论VEGF局部注射早期可促进移植脂肪局部的血管增生，增加脂肪的质量保持率，但其作用不持久。其使用方式及剂量有待于进一步探讨。Objective To observe the effect of VEGF on the weight maintenance rate of free fatgraft. Method The fat was harvested in the inguinal region of a rabbit and cut into pieces. A subdermal pocket was created in each side of the dorsal midline, VEGF was randomly injected below the panniculus carnosus of a pocket as an experimental group, and fat pieces were grafted into each pocket. At day 40, 3 and 6 months after transplantation, the fat grafts were harvested, gross observation, weight measurement and histology were undertaken. Results Administration of VEGF increased angiogenesis and weight maintenance rate of the free fat-grafts at day 40 after transplantation （P〈0.05） ; At 3rd month, no significant difference was seen between two groups （P〉0.05） ; All fat grafts almost disappeared at 6th month. Conclusions Injection of VEGF could increase angiogenesis and weight maintenance rate of the free fatgrafts in the early stage, but its long-term effect is not found. Further studies of various dosages of VEGF and their administration are required before applied clinically.
