摘 要:重点阐述国内近几年来碳/碳复合材料抗氧化涂层的研究新进展,总结碳/碳复合材料高温抗氧化涂层制备新工艺和对已有工艺的改进方法,结合碳/碳复合材料的应用背景对抗氧化涂层的发展趋势进行展望。指出目前的研究结果尚达不到严酷环境下的应用要求,下一阶段碳/碳复合材料高温抗氧化涂层将重点解决室温至1700℃全温度段和高温燃气高速冲刷环境下对碳/碳复合材料的氧化保护问题,降低涂层制备成本的同时,开发可长时间应用于1800℃的高温涂层。The recent advancement of the oxidation protective coatings of C/C composites in China was reviewed. New technologies and new improvements of the traditional coating preparation technologies for C/C composites were introduced. According to the application conditions of C/C composites, the development trend of anti-oxidation coatings was also proposed. It was showed that the present research results could not meet the requirements of the coated C/C composites in severe work environments. The further researches would be focused on the preparation of suitable coating that could protect C/C composites from oxidation from room temperature to 1700℃ in high speed gas-fired environments. To reduce the cost of preparation, the coating that could works at 1800℃ for long time should be exploited.
