摘  要:以链霉菌F-1013不同浓度的虾壳粉发酵液、灭活后的虾壳粉发酵液及高氏一号发酵液处理黄瓜种子,结果表明,促生和诱抗能力均以虾壳粉发酵液最强,灭活后虾壳粉发酵液最弱,高氏发酵液活性居中.其中虾壳粉发酵液10、20倍稀释液的促生、诱抗效果最为显著,由于该浓度发酵液中链霉菌和壳聚糖的协同作用而表现出较好的生理活性;而高氏一号发酵液及灭活之后的虾壳粉发酵液的诱抗能力随其中活性成分孢子或壳聚糖浓度的降低而降低.Various types of fermentation liquor of Streptornyces F-1013 -were used to treat cucumber seeds. The physiological activities of shrimp fermentation liquor in promoting growth and inducting resistance were the highest of all, those of sterilized shrimp fermentation liquor were the lowest, and those of Gorodkows's medium of F-1013 were between the above two. Moreover, the physiological activities of 10 - 20 multiples of dilution of shr/mp fermentation liquor were the highcst because of the synergistic effects of Streptomyces and chitosan in this concentration. However, the capability of Gorodkowa's fermentation liquor and sterilized shrimp fermentation liquor in inducing resistance substance declined along with the reducing concentration of spore or chitosan.
