摘  要:采用稀释滴种的细菌定量方法,研究了日粮中添加不同比例的羊草对成年产蛋五龙鹅肠道的4个部位(十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠)内容物中正常菌群的数量变化,并初步探明鹅肠道微生物区系.结果显示:双歧杆菌数量最高(8.12±0.8),其次是梭菌和乳酸杆菌(分别为7.98±0.4,7.33±0.4).盲肠内细菌数高于其他肠段(P<0.01).各肠段内细菌总数高纤维组高于低纤维组(P<0.01),公鹅高于母鹅(P<0.05).双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌和梭菌的数量极显著地高于其他菌类(P<0.01),为成年产蛋鹅肠道中的优势菌群.The quantitative method of diluted inoculability was used to study the effect of different proportions of Leymus chinensis on normal microbiological floras in four parts ( duodenum, jejunum, ileum and caecum) of intestines of adult egg-laying goose. The resuit indicated that the dominant bacteria in the intestines were Bifidobacterium with a logarithmic value of 8.12 ± 0.8, which was followed by Clostridium and Lactobacilus with the logarithmic value of 7.98 ±0.4 and 7.33 ±0.4. The number of bacteria in caecum was significantly higher than that in the other intestinal segments (P 〈 0.01 ). The number of bacteria of the high fibre group was larger than that of the low fibre group ( P 〈 0.01 ), and that of gander was higher than goose ( P 〈 0.05 ). The number of Bifidobacteriurn, Clostridium and Lactobacillus was significantly larger than that of the other bacteria, and they were the dominant bacteria floras in egg-laying goose.
