摘  要:目的:通过三维动态对比增强磁共振血管成像(three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced MRA,3D- DCE MRA)检查移植脾的远期变化。方法:对行自体脾移植及食管横断吻合术后随访2年以上的17例PHT病人,行3D-DCE MRA检查,观察移植脾的成活、血液供应、与腹膜后组织中建立侧支循环的情况。结果:所有受检查病人的移植脾成活良好,并与腹膜后的静脉建立成广泛的侧支循环。结论:见腹膜后移植脾大小合适、血供良好、与周围组织建立了广泛的侧支循环,未见移植脾再行肿大。Ohjeetive To explore the morphologic changes of autotransplanted spleen in patients with portal hypertension (PHT), who underwent splenic autotransplantation plus cardio-esophageal devascularization. Methods Seventeen PHT patients who underwent splenic autotransplantation, followed by cardio-esophageal devascularization plus lower esophagus transection, were followed-up for over two years. A 3-dimentional MRI was used to observe the size, blood supply and collateral circulation of the autotransplanted spleen. Results The autotransplanted spleen could be visualized by means of the 3D-DCE MRA imaging technique. Sufficient blood supply in the preserved spleen and extensive collateral circulation established in the retroperitoneal space were demonstrated by the MRI technique. Conclusions MRA images indicate that the preserved spleen has a reasonable size, with sufficient blood supply and extensive collateral circulation established in the retroperitoneal space.
