摘　　要：我国城市的旧城更新面临着许多问题,本文介绍了我国台湾地区“社区总体营造”运动的背景、演进与发展以及实践的概况,由于台湾地区与大陆内地的文化传统及血缘上的特殊关系,台湾地区的“社区总体营造”对内地城市的旧城更新和社区参与具有较大的借鉴意义。The article introduces the background, development and practices of The Community Building movement in Taiwan. And because of the special relationship between mainland and Taiwan region, the experiences of The Community Building movement in Taiwan can be learned in the redevelopment of the inner city and community in China's Mainland.
