摘 要:以适当的评价方法和指标研究了采用河砂自密实混凝土配合比且用机制砂代替河砂配制的混凝土的性能,并提出了机制砂自密实混凝土配合比基本参数优化技术、外加剂复掺技术、大掺量矿物掺和料复掺技术.试验结果表明:机制砂自密实混凝土的配合比参数要求与河砂(普通)自密实混凝土存在明显差异;通过优化混凝土配合比基本参数、复掺外加剂和复掺大掺量矿物掺和料等技术手段,试验配制出了初始坍落度大于24cm、坍落扩展度大于60cm、倒坍落度筒流出时间在5~15s、抗压强度等级达到C50以上的大掺量矿物掺和料机制砂自密实混凝土.With selected appropriate assessment methods and indexes of self-compacting concrete, the properties and its changes of concrete employed the mix proportion of river-sand self-compacting concrete with machine-made sand replacing river sand was studied. The techniques such as optimization of basic parameters of concrete, admixture composition, large-volume mineral admixtures addition etc. for preparing machine-made sand self-compacting concrete with large-volume mineral admixtures(MSCM) were proposed and studied. The results indicate that the parameters requirement of mix proportion for MSCM is different from those of river-sand self-compacting concrete. With the techniques such as optimization of basic parameters of concrete, admixture composition, large-volume mineral admixtures addition etc. , MSCM with initial slump more than 24 cm, slump flow more than 60 cm, delivery time of inverted slump cone(DTISC) of 5-15 s, strength grade above C50 was prepared.
