中国农村老年人群血浆维生素E水平分析

摘　　要：目的了解中国农村地区65岁及以上老年人群血浆中维生素E水平。方法采集长年生活于我国四川、山东两省当地农村的老年人群共计199份血样,应用高压液相色谱法检测血浆中维生素E的含量。结果农村≥65岁老年人群血浆中的维生素E平均含量为6.90±2.40mg/L,其中男性为(6.60±2.24)mg/L、女性为7.20±2.52mg/L。结论本调查研究显示了中国农村老年人群目前维生素E营养水平现况,可为进一步研究维生素E与老年人群健康的关系及开展防治老年性疾病提供科学参考。Objective To analyze Chinese elderly plasma Vitamin E content in rural areas. Methods High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used analysis for ≥65 age elderly plasma Vitamin E contents of 199 people from 4 counties of 2 provinces in China. Results Chinese elderly plasma Vitamin E average contents in rural areas are 6.90 ± 2.40mg/L, among them male 6.60 ± 2.24mg/L and female 7.20 ± 2.52mg/L. Conclusions These results exhibit Vitamin E nitration condition for Chinese elderly in rural areas, and it provides that the scientific values for research on the relation between Vitamin E and elderly human health or diseases.
