口服雷公藤多甙治疗Sjoegren综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察口服雷公藤多甙对Sjoegren综合征（SS）的疗效。方法21例SS患者口服雷公藤多甙片,每次20mg,1日3次,疗程为3个月。主要检测项目为虎红染色（rb）、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）和SchirmerⅠ试验（SIt）;并进行干眼评分和分级。结果所有病例经治疗其干眼评分均有不同程度下降,为0.3～2分;19例干眼等级降低Ⅰ～Ⅱ等;所有病例口干症状也有明显改善;7例有其他伴随疾病均有缓解;未发现副作用。与我们以往研究的6种人工泪液治疗效果比较,其疗效位于前列。结论口服雷公藤多甙应是目前治疗SS的较佳选择之一,其作用机制可能与其抗炎免疫抑制作用有关。Objective Sjogren Syndrome （SS）, an autoimmune disease, is now believed to have no effective treament. Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f （TII） has been found to have powerful with no side effects of the steroids.in this study, we try to know if TII taken orally is the choice of effective drug in treating SS. Methords 21 cases with secondary SS aged 41-74 years,19 female and 2 male, who were diagnosed based on history, physical exam and necessary lab tests including rose bengal staining （rb）, tear film break-up time （BUT） and Sehirmer I test （Sit） and were treated by TU 20mg t.i.d.for 3 mons. Results All cases got scorns decreased to 0.3-2.0, dry eye （DE） grades decreased 1-11 level in 19 cases, and the dry mouth in all and complicated collagen diseases in 7 cases were improved. There was no serious side reactions. In comparing the curative effects of DE with six artificial tears （Ats） studied before, TII, got scores ＋1.2, decreased the DE grade from In to n and the others, showed to be one of the best drugs for treating DE. Condusion TII, probably possessing certain immunosuppressive or opposed action to the autoimmune mechanism, seems to be the choice of effective drug in SS now.
