摘　　要：介绍了本钢炼钢厂通过对连铸挡渣堰系统的优化研究,提高了中间包挡渣堰系统的冶金功能,保证了连铸坯的质量,尤其是内部质量满足高附加值钢种的要求,实践证明,新型挡渣堰系统的使用寿命及使用效果完全满足大生产要求,具有良好的推广应用价值。Through optimizing study on slag dam system of continuous casting, Benxi Steel Making Works has enhanced the metallurgical function of slag dam system in tundish and ensured the slab quality, especially ensured that the internal quality could meet the request of special steel grades. Practice has proved that the new slag dam system could completely meet heavy producing request with its long service life and good application result, this system is provided with good popularizing and application worth.
