摘 要:本文以中央政府和地方政府对化石能源和可再生能源这两个领域的投资分配比例为研究对象建立数学模型进行静态博弈分析,根据不同情况的纳什均衡结果,分析了造成中央政府与地方政府对于发展可再生能源的积极性和政策方面差异的原因,论证了中央政府投资对发展可再生能源产业的重要性,并针对可再生能源产业的发展现状,提出了促进可再生能源产业发展的政策建议。In this paper, based on the proportions of investment to fossil-energy and renewable energy from central and local governments, a mathematical model to static game analyze the research objectives was established. And then, from the different results of Nash equilibrium under different situations, the reasons that lead to the different enthusiasm and policies for developing the renewable energy by central and local governments were indicated. In addition, the importance of investment from central government for renewable energy industry development was discussed, and some pieces of policy suggestion to promote the development of renewable energy industry aiming at the development conditions were proposed.
