摘 要:目的:在64只大鼠上,观察了侧脑室(icv)注射γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)后对束旁核(PF)痛兴奋神经元(PEN)电活动的影响。方法:采用电生理学方法,以电脉冲刺激右侧坐骨神经作为伤害性刺激,用玻璃微电极细胞外记录PF内PEN放电。结果:(1)伤害性刺激可使PF内PEN痛诱发放电频率增加;(2)icv注射GABA(500μg/10μl)抑制PEN的电活动,使PEN诱发放电频率减少,潜伏期延长;(3)这种作用可被icv注射GABAA受体拮抗剂荷包牡丹碱(B ic,10μg/10μl)所阻断。结论:icv注射GABA可使大鼠PF内PEN对伤害性刺激的反应减弱,GABAA受体参与介导这种镇痛作用。Objective : To observe the effects of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) on the electric activities of pain-excitation neurons (PEN) in nucleus parafascicularis (PF) in 64 rats. Methods : The trains of electric impulses applied to the right sciatic nerve were used as noxious stimulation. The discharges of PEN in PF were recorded extracellularly with glass microelectrodes. Results : ( 1 ) The noxious stimulation increased the frequency of evoked discharges of PEN. ( 2 ) The intracerebroventricular(icv) injection of GABA ( 500 μg/10μl) inhibited the electric activities of PEN, decreased the frequency of evoked discharges and prolongated the latency of PEN. (3) The effects could be blocked by the icv injection of bicuculline ( Bic, 10 μg/10μl) , GABAA receptor antagonist. Conclusion:The response of PEN in PF of rats to the noxious stimulation was weakened by the icv injection of GABA. The GABAA receptor participated in mediating the analgesic effects.
